The Blueslate layer is the 7th stratum of the game, consisting of Blueslate rock, which appears to be a transitional slate colour from the layers above and below it. There are 9 ores to be found in this layer, none of which are Rare Ores.
This layer is possibly a reference to the Blueslate ore from Oaklands, a popular game made by some of the Rarity Miner developers, specifically KinderDev and DevShurikeno. Likewise, in Oaklands, Bluesteel ore spawns Blueslate.
