Secret Ores are Ores that are generally obtained in unusual ways. They have a rarity listing of '???' in the Index, even after being mined or obtained via other means.

Cloverite	44,444		Any	In a cave hidden behind the waterfall in the lobby, clovers can spawn. They spawn with a 1 in 1,000 chance for every block mined with the Luck enchant, or when the mine is under 30% for 30 minutes. There can be a maximum of six clovers in the cave at once. When a clover is clicked a piece of Cloverite will spawn on top of a random block in the mine (apart from on top of rare ores).
Sunstone	60,000		Lightslate	Moonstone spawned at night-time turns into Sunstone when left until day-time. If left until night-time again it will turn back into Moonstone, this loop occurs indefinitely until mined.
404ium	4		Any	Spawns in the mine when a server-side error occurs. Only a certain number of 404ium ores can exist at a time to prevent the ore from getting out of control and flooding the mine.
Bloxium	10,000	None	None	Obtained from inviting a friend and them have upgraded their base to level 2. (Friend's account must be 6 months or older, and never played before.)
Studiom	550		Any	1 in 1,000 chance for every ore in the mine to be replaced by Studiom, while mining, when a developer is in the server.
Moonstone	10,000		Lightslate	When the moon cycle changes in-game to a full moon, 2-3 ores can spawn. They spawn at the surface with a particle effect.
Gleam	1,200		Tuff Rhyolite Redslate Lavaslate	Mining a Gleam block in the Void biome with the Feather enchant equipped.
Void	500	None	Tuff Rhyolite Redslate Lavaslate	Mining a Void block in the Void Biome, or Gleam without the Feather enchant.
Glitchite	1,337		Lightslate/Any(VIP Mine)	Has a chance to spawn inside the brown unbreakable edges of the mine, or can be obtained from daily rewards.
Watcher	50,000		Tuff Rhyolite Redslate Lavaslate	1 in 100,000 chance to spawn on void in the Void Biome. Feather is not required to mine it, so Midas can be used.
Goldslate	110	None	Any	Obtained by mining any slate while using Midas.
Unknown	0		Redslate Lavaslate	1 in 10m chance of spawning inside of a snow block found in a Snow cave
