How to make it spawn:[]
While the mine is cleaning up after a collapse, which is after all the players get teleported to the surface, there is a chance that one Soulstone will spawn on the slate at the river area, this includes:
The waterfall wall
The river
Underwater
The clover statue cave
Attributes: The soulstone will disappear after the mine is finished cleaning up. It* is* affected by all forms of luck, but it cannot be seen with celestial. It has set spawn locations.
Strategy: Have as many caves as possible generated to extend the time that you have to mine the Soulstone, older servers are slower which means they're better.
