Tuff is the ninth layer of the mine, following Iceslate. This layer takes an offset green and gray appearance, with the only light being the green atmosphere. In terms of what it adds, Ancient Chests begin spawning here, as well as Void Caves and Snow Caves.
It contains 9 collectible ores (excluding any secret ores), 2 of which, Amber and Amber Fossil, are Rare ores.
